Starry Santa

Surface: Your choice, but the originals were painted on stretched canvas - 12 x 12
Brushes: Shirley has been using the Jo Sonja Creative Possibilities brushes for almost everything these days.  She says you won't need anything exotic, but  recommends "a good size brush".  She doesn't list the brushes used on the pattern, and the only brush she does mention is to use a big 1 1/2" or 2" brush for the background.  Don't stress over the brushes, just bring your normal brushes.  Shirley will have brushes available for you to buy.
Paint & Mediums:

Will be provided

Palette:
Shirley recommends a box with a lid (can even be just a tupperware box). That way the paints can
be covered and kept moist (she puts her colors out on several layers of moist paper towels), PLUS
there is an available DRY surface for loading and blending (she just uses the inside of her lid). The
dry surface is important to get the right amount of paint in the brush for her techniques.
Prep: To be done in class.  It's a mix of Magic Mix and 2 other pre-mixed colors.  This Magic Mix will be provided.

He Loves Me Bear

Surface: Your choice, but the original was done on a 11 3/4" X 10 3/4" wood cabinet.
