Meeting called to order by: Judi Mecham

At: 1:30 pm

 

President:

We are trying a new video system today with Lori Larkey if it works ok we will vote to purchase one for the chapter.  The meeting was re-opened at the end of painting for the members to vote to purchase video equipment a reasonable price.  This passed unanimously.  Meeting was then closed again.

 

Treasurers Report:

Beginning Balance: $10,9095.14

Expenses: $111.27

Income: $915.00 (Deposit $914.40 - .60 off)

Ending Balance: $10,898.27                                                        

 

1st Vice President: J

Jamie Mill-Price will not be teaching in September. Instead, we will have Teresa Kuchler, owner of Camelot Studios in Oregon City and a tradition’s paint teacher.  She will give a brief run down on Traditions products and teach a project.

 

July will be Connie Parkinson.

 

Misha will be back again sometime in September to teach a beginners class.

 

October retreat with Ginger Edward- first two installments must be paid for by now. The retreat will now be open to others who are not members of chapter.

 

June, August & November are working on unfinished projects, painting the raffle luggage, and painting cans for Green Show.

 

Memory Boxes:

More light colored backgrounds please. Mailed memory boxes to five different hospitals this month.

 

Misc:

Darlene had a message from Teri - Hi to everyone and she misses all of you she is trying for her CDA again (third times the charm).

 

Teacher:

Lori Larkey will be teaching us Maureen McNaughton techniques.
