Coast to the Cascades Chapter
Chapter Reward Points System
|
Contact Marge Simons at margerose@att.net if you have any questions about points.
Points can be used in two ways:
Reduce the Cost of Seminars - Points earned in the current year will be available to use for reducing the cost of seminars in the following year.
Snowman Stampede – Points earned this year can be used at the Snowman Stampede. Points left over from previous years not used on the stampede will carry forward.
Rules:
Each person will have a
printed points form, which will be kept by an appointed member and brought to
each Chapter meeting. The number of points for each position and activity is
listed on the sheet.
Members will fill in
points earned on their individual forms. If the person responsible for
overseeing the point system has a question, she will contact the individual.
Points are not
transferable between members (until the Snowman Stampede) because they are based on work performed on behalf of
the Chapter by the individual members.
For activities such as
working at a yard sale, State Fair, or Greens Show, members will receive one
point for each hour worked.
The Board will determine
points for specific activities not listed on the points form.
Members may make a
special request to the Board for points for an activity not listed on the points
form. The Board will consider the request and inform the member of its
decision.
Points for the Snowman
Stampede will be given out in Snowman Cash at the Holiday party in December. Unused points after the Stampede will carry over to the
next year.
All Board members and
committee chairpersons, except where noted, will receive one point for each
month they perform their required tasks, in addition to the amount awarded at
the end of the year for filling the position for the entire year. Committees
not receiving monthly points, will receive points for the months worked on the
project.
Individuals who do not renew their membership by July 1st will lose all points previously accumulated.
