On Saturday on this two-day Seminar we will be learning how to paint Ginger’s beautiful roses.  You will need a flat service to practice on such as Masonite or perhaps canvas board. 

 

        On Sunday we will be painting this rose on a beautiful tin pocket that we will get from Ginger Edwards for $24.00. I am not sure of the size but I believe it is about 7” wide and 9” tall.  The printed label (Belle Jardinaire comes attached and there will be no prep required except to spray with acrylic spray.

 

        The fee for this seminar is $150.00 plus $24.00 if you wish to purchase the tin pocket.  As always you may choose to use your own surface; however, that might be a little harder this time since it has the printed label in the middle of it. 

 

        The seminar will be held at the Live Oak Grange, 120 Gardiner Street, Rogue River, OR and will start at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.  Lunches will be catered each day and are included in the cost of the seminar.  The surfaces will be handed out the first day of the seminar since there is very little prep work to be done.  Doors for ALL seminars open at 8:00 a.m.

 

        Remember to bring your normal painting supplies, paper towels and a bag to take your trash home.  There is a Best Western Motel in Rogue River should you need accommodations and Grants Pass has several and that is only 5 miles from Rogue River .
